纯化水系统purified water system
纯化水系统作为gmp认证的关键系统，在整个认证过程中有着举足轻重的意义。二级反渗透、一级反渗透+edi、二级反渗透+edi的核心工艺已广泛用于药厂的纯化水制取。
纯化水设备：预处理系统（包括多介质过滤器、活性炭过滤器和软化器）、纯化水的制水系统：二级反渗透、一级反渗透+edi、二级反渗透+edi系统）、纯化水分配系统、巴氏消毒和cip消毒系统及控制系统（全自动化控制系统和自动控制系统）组成。
设备采用plc控制，触摸屏显示设备工艺流程、电导率、ph值、液位、流量流速，同时可以在触摸屏上实现手动和全自动操作。
在整套系统中一级、二级反渗透和edi产水后设有不合格回流装置，当产水电导率符合设定值时产水进入下一道处理程序，不符合设定值时产水返回至前一道处理程序重新进行处理。当纯水箱满时设备会全自动进入小循环系统，确保产水运行无死角。
全套系统具有高、低压警报、水箱缺水警报、故障警报、压缩空气低警报、电导率不符合要求警报功能。三级控制系统、对产水电导率有储存功能并有usb打印机接口，从而实施全自动控制和操作。实现原水泵输送泵变频控制。还配有无纸记录仪、即时打印。
