产品特点及用途
美强粉
用途說明：
1.美強粉應用於改良橡膠塑膠樹脂之壓模、壓延、押出、射出等加工性能及可替換部份較昂貴之膠料10～15 %來降低原料成本。
2.美強粉是用在橡膠塑膠樹脂中之增膠劑(plasticizers)，尤其是在發泡產品中可 助其加工成型，即減少聚合體分子間之磨擦力，使分子鍵因而容易移動，因此在加工中不論是壓模、壓出成型，將可促使縮短成型時間提高生產力。
3.美強粉在聚合體中可使直鏈型(linear)分子，經美強粉架橋作用(grosslinking)
由平面結構變為三度空間之結構(net-work)增強膠模之耐磨、韌性與抗裂作用(antiblocking effect)。
4.美強粉中因聚烯烴在極細(二氧化矽sio2?氧化鎂mgo)的表面混合處理，其有助於明和軟硬度的控制，透明的薄膜若加入少量(5～10phr)美強粉，則能製得表面極佳之半光性扁系及抗結塊(antibocking)的性質。
5.美強粉在膠料樹脂中，可改變產品之物性－增加張力強度、耐衝擊強度、剪切強度、擾曲強度、硬度、降低變形、伸張率、墊膨脹系數等。
6.美強粉與膠料混煉後，壓延或押出8m/m～10m/m厚度之薄片，有平滑且非常美好的表面，並能迅速減少氣泡。
7.美強粉亦屬熱安定劑(heat stabisizers)之一種，因其本身含有高級脂肪酸脂化合物，除了可當橡膠塑膠產品之潤滑劑外，還可與析出之hcl反應，使hcl失去裂解之作用。
8.美強粉可改善觸感，並減少靜電效果。
9.美強粉滲入膠料中，可使產品易於印刷及塗飾。
10.美強粉具有抗氧化劑之功能，因其中含有芳香族化合物可防止聚合體中之鍵能受熱、光或氧的作用斷裂，致使膠料之強度降低或變脆，失去應用價值，這種現象在聚烯系塑膠如pvc、eva、tpr、pe、abs及各類橡膠中尤其顯著。
11.美強粉在油漆、塗料方面，耐暴曬、抗高溫，在紫外光照射下不變色，能長期保持原有的光澤與色彩，有較好的耐酸鹼腐蝕的性能，且耐水性好，耐污沒、耐老化性能較強，耐磨、耐蒸汽和化學穩定性，及較強阻燃性能。
