用途：
广泛应用于电工、电器、灯饰和五金建材制造工业螺丝等的螺丝，螺母，螺帽，垫片，五金或塑料配件的自动计数包装。         技术特点：1.针对螺丝样品量身定做的振动盘，直线振动排列装置，和精密的计数控制装置，确保每袋准确无误
2.采用plc可编程控制器，并设有中英文人机操作界面，从而使设备操作简单，调整方便，自动化程度高
3.采用智能型温控仪双路控制横，纵封，从而使封口牢固，密封性好，袋形平整，精美，包装效率高。
4.制袋系统采用步进电机细分技术，自动跟踪、定位包装袋的色标，轻松完成纸袋的操作，调整，速度快，运行平稳，噪音低。
5.在额定范围内无级调整包装速度，定位张口停机
6.能自动完成制袋，计量，充填，封合，切断，记数，打印批号等全部工作。
7.机器采用整动数粒计量，符合国家计量标准application:
